The B12 the Vegetarian Nemisis

Hi
This is my first blog so it might not have the professional air one would expect from such regulars on the blogging scene. In real life Im a film maker and I am making a film about the world wide incidence of Pernicious Anaemia a blood disorder which sometimes has genetic causes but it can also be caused by severe vegetarianism, sometimes alcoholism and other bad lifestyle options. Im anxious to add that Im neither a vegetarianism or an alcoholic but I do have Pernicious Aneamia and this was brought on by having a grandmother and 5 aunts and uncles who got it from a very young age all appearing with it around the age of 36. Anyway my only vice is smoking and Im on day 3 of quitting so nearly there on that score!
Anyway the point of this blogg is that I was at a Lobby event for Pernicious Aneamia the other week and I could not help noticing a voratious counter lobby of Vegetarians who were also attending the event and they seemed a very anxious bunch who filmed the whole thing with a mini mini cam and interestingly they filmed the people filming them. I found this very strange and I thought to ask myself why would a bunch a vegetarians be so threatened by Perncious Aneamia? Obviously if they get this disease from Vegetarianism any presentation on Pernicious Aneamia would threatened there value system ie dont kill dogs and cats and hens and cows...oops sorry only kidding...but seriously these guys were so defensive they wanted to scrub out references to vegetarianism in all the scientific papers that featured their variety of Pernicious Aneamia. Can anyone enlighten me about this Vegetarian craze of denying the dangers of the diet. Come on you guys and girls..you do it at your own risk so dont bring us meat eaters into it. OK we are not the enemy but we meat eaters are happy to choose to give our bodies a chance with the B12 it needs. Talking of B12 which is what Vegetarians lack how many nice Veges inject themselves with B12 from alternative practitioners. Im doing a study of this and I would love to find out how successful it has been for you. Do you inject mythlcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin? What dose are you on? Really it would help me to get a response here.

Appart from that my blogg tomorrow is 'On giving Up Smoking' OK Tout Suite for Now
